In shaping the technology strategy of the first medical venture for First Shanghai Group, Henry has taken a lead role as the International Medical Centre (IMC) continues to disrupt traditional medical experiences in Hong Kong.

Supporting this vision is the Internet of Medical Things-Healthcare (IoMT-HC) -- a digital ecosystem consisting of 13 different digital systems to connect different medical departments, business users and medical facilities.

Spearheaded by Henry and his team, one notable major innovation during the past 12-24 months has been the deployment of Smart-IVF -- leveraging AI, analytics and IoT in a first-of-its-kind in Hong Kong.

Through continuously collecting data throughout the embryo’s development process -- leveraging 24-hour infra-red CCTV and AI-enabled analytics -- the solution maximises emerging technologies to enhance accuracy while avoiding the risk of human error.
