Nominations for the inaugural CIO50 are now open and run until Friday 18 October. To be considered, nominees can either self-nominate or be nominated by a suitable peer via a submission form that can be emailed directly or entered online via the CIO website.
Once nominations are submitted, the CIO50 judging panel will rate each section of the questionnaire in order to determine the final list. These responses will also form the basis of the written profiles of the 50 CIOs, which will be revealed in late 2019.
The more powerful nominations will be the ones that can provide real-world examples of where technology and digital chiefs are successfully providing value to their organisations, driving innovation, and leading their teams.
The word count for responses to questions under each of the two pillars – Business Innovation and Leadership – should be no more than 800 words (1600 words in total for both pillars). The deadline for submitting nominations is Friday 18 October.
All nominations will be reviewed by a select and independent CIO50 judging panel before the list is finalised. After 25 highlighted CIOs and organisations, the remaining 25 honourees recognised are listed alphabetically by company.
Submissions will also form the basis of written profiles of all 50 technology leaders, which will be revealed at an exclusive cocktail reception in late November in Singapore. Profiles will be written by James Henderson, Editorial Director of CIO in ASEAN.
Good luck and thank you for entering.
